Since September 2011, I've been running a half marathon every month with the goal of keeping that up for a year. So far, I've managed to run all my races in different states, which is a fun bonus: RI, NH, CT, NV and WV (yes, West Virginia in January). Next on the list are Dallas TX, Allison Park PA, Rochester NY and CLEVELAND OH. If all goes well, the Cleveland Half will be my 9th race in as many months. The Cleveland race is significant to me because it was the first half I ever attempted back in May 2011. I'm also very happy to be able to call Cleveland my new home city. Yay!
And now to my point. I'm using the Cleveland Half as a spring board for fundraising for the National MS Society. This is a cause that has recently become very close to my heart and I am overwhelmingly thankful to anyone who can make a donation to support this organization. If you're unfamiliar with MS and are interested in learning more about it, here is a handy link with information: Tell me more about MS.
Thanks for reading and considering a donation.
