Show your support for this incredible survivor of the Boston Marathon bombing attack as well as a pain warrior!
After a disabling stage accident in 2006, female pop-star singer/performer Lynn Julian of Massachusetts was left in a wheelchair due to severe neck and head injuries with spinal cord damage, in addition to suffering from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. This U.S. Pain Foundation Pain Ambassador had to learn basic learning skills all over again, including walking.
Then, in 2013, tragedy struck Lynn's life once again. Lynn was one of the hundreds of survivors of the Boston Marathon bombing attack, escaping with a painful lower back injury, hearing loss and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Despite these difficulties and challenges, Lynn has decided to train so that she can run in the Boston Marathon for the first time.
"It is my daily struggle that has inspired me to power-walk to raise money for the U.S. Pain Foundation," says Lynn who hopes to inspire others who live with pain. Lynn's message to those reading about this fundraiser is one of hope. Fighting her way out of a wheelchair, Lynn is determined to fight her way across the finish line too.
