Hey Guys! My name is Jax, I have beautiful brown eyes and really cool hair, its kinda' ombré in some places, especially around my ears. The girls love it. Im here to tell you about my parents. They are kinda' strange and walk on two legs instead of all four like my brother, my sister and I. They don't lick their private parts either and they don't like it when we do that on their bed but other than that they are the best parents. I decided to write this piece because out of us three kids my story is kinda' the coolest, it's a sob story and those are good for things like this right? I swear I heard that on TV one time. I am turning one year old in a few months time but for the past 8 months I have been living with my parents, my big black (lab) sister Molly and my tiny yellow brother Riley. My parents found me in a box outside a shelter in January. I was a tiny pup back then and gosh was I stinky, I still get embarrassed when I think about how smelly and full of fleas I was! Our parents saved all three of us from shelters around Los Angeles but they say that I was on 'deaths door'. It's not a fun place to be, trust me. We love living in our house. Our humans are the best dog parents you could ever imagine, they teach us tons of cool tricks and they take us on hikes, to the dog beach and camping but get this: one of them takes us to the dog park EVERY SINGLE DAY. Yep, you heard me, every day! It's okay to be a little jealous, most of our friends are. My parents fell in love 4 years ago, my mamma' is from England and her US visa is about to run out. She will be moving back to the UK soon but of course the rest of us can't let her go alone. Who will pee on her carpets, chew the toes on all of her socks and bark when she's making important phone calls? Our humans cannot be separated for too long either, they have this thing called separation anxiety, they get all crazy when they don't see each other in a while. We heard mamma' talking to the big birds that fly in the sky earlier and apparently from what we could gather it is going to cost us four legged animals $2000-4000 EACH depending on our size (Molly, I told you that peanut butter would catch up with you!) to fly from LAX to London Heathrow and thats not even 1st class. We'll be flying where they put peoples luggage! I'm not sure what that is but it doesn't sound very glamourous. Our parents promised us that when they adopted us that it would be forever and that we would FUREVER live with them as a big happy family so you can imagine how sad we were to hear that it would cost them so much money. Mamma' just graduated and although she cannot wait to start her new job, she needs help with us right away. As for us pups, all we want to do is to be able to fart in their faces everyday. It's how we tell them we love them. If you're a four legged canine friend or you have some super cool human parents/friend or human grandparents that would never want to be apart from you or your siblings then please give them some extra licks and cuddles today and ask them to help our family stay together. $7000 dollars sounds like a lot but that's only the start. Every little helps and I promise that Molly, Riley nor I will always relieve gas in your face too. I know my parents would be eternally grateful and they would help you and your family if ever you needed it.
