About IBSA, Inc.
IBSA already provides numerous services throughout the Topeka area, but it's time we expand. Not only can we dramatically increase the assistance we provide small businesses, but at-risk and disadvantaged youth need more safe places to socialize. With your donor support, we will provide that place, giving Topeka youth & young adults a place to learn important life and employment skills.
For over 20 years IBSA has proven to be a leader in helping those living at the lower economic strata;reach a higher plateau in life.
To help our community meet the unmet challenges facing disadvantaged youth and their parents, IBSA is determination to secure the building we have occupied for over 20 years. 629 SE Quincy, and the adjacent buildings on 7th Street between Quincy and Kansas Avenue; Building 112-114, 116, and 118 SE 7th.
