When one of my sons was 9 years old, he was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma. A big nasty word that kept him hooked up to IVs of nasty chemicals that they hoped would kill the cancer before it could kill the kid. He's now a healthy adult and I want to make sure other kids get to see adulthood, too.
My "why" is to instigate social change. I want change apathy to empathy. I want to change indifference to making a difference. Brands have the power of influence. By becoming champions for a good cause, brands can create both epic growth and social change.
