That’s why we facilitate educational programs on mindfulness and social emotional intelligence for adolescents and the adults that surround them. In our programs and trainings, we address the soft skills that mitigate the stress that comes from mounting workloads, information overload and constant pressure to achieve. We equip individuals with the skills they need to slow down, learn about their own needs, manage life’s ups and downs and develop care and compassion towards self and others. Our curriculum offers the best from mindfulness strategies and the best from social and emotional intelligence strategies.
Since 2007, our youth programs, professional development trainings and online learning have served adolescents and professionals in schools, NGOs and community-based organizations in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Chile, Jamaica, Botswana, Israel, Pakistan, Rwanda, Uganda, Nigeria, Australia, Singapore and China.
