Multiple sclerosis stops people from moving. The National MS Society exists to make sure it doesn’t. The National MS Society, Upper Midwest Chapter represents 17,000 people with MS in Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and several counties in western Wisconsin and Nebraska. We provide programs and services for people living with MS and their families and drive cutting-edge research to find a cure.
We partnered with the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon to give runners an opportunity to fundraise and bring awareness to the MS movement. Click here to get more information and register for the team. All team members are required to raise a minimum $1,000 prior to the marathon. In return, members of the Run to Stop MS team receive:
- Free marathon registration;
- Training and coaching;
- Personal fundraising Web page;
- Team socials; and
- Run to Stop MS singlet and hat.
We also welcome runners who want to show their commitment to a world free of MS to fundraise on behalf of the Society. If you have questions or would like more information, please contact Cortney at 612-335-7971 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
