The Story

EVENT DATE: Jul 08, 2017

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Paddle for Plummer! See you all next year!

On July 8th, 2017, 400 participants and spectators joined us for the 4th Annual Paddle for Plummer on our beautiful waterfront property at Plummer Youth Promise in Salem, MA!

This Stand Up Paddle (SUP) event included a Pro Race and Amateur Race (5 mile technical course with multiple turns), a Recreational Race (2 mile triangular course with 2 turns) and a Fun Paddle (1 or 2 mile triangular course).

We also hosted a SUP Clinic sponsored by Werner Paddles on July 7th.

For all Paddle for Plummer participants who are looking for even more racing, registration discounts, prizes and a chance to win a cash purse, consider participating in the first ever New England Summah SeriesFour iconic SUP races bringing North Shore racing to the next level! (Must participate in at least 3 series races to be eligible for the cash purse.) Use promo code: NESUP when registering for a $20 discount.

Additional fitness events at Paddle for Plummer included Waterfront Spinning and SUP Yoga.

Returning this year was fundraising incentives for a variety of levels. Special prizes were awarded for the top two individual fundraisers.

If fitness events weren't your thing, people still joined in on the fun by registering for the Bean Bag Tournament (which SOLD OUT for the 2nd year straight!)
