BENEFITING: Anxiety and Depression Association of America
Hi, my name is Danny Pine.
Every day I see the impact that anxiety disorders and depression have on people. As a doctor and scientist, I know that conditions like panic, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, depression, OCD, and PTSD can have profound, life-altering effects on all suffering from them. That’s why I am taking a stand about anxiety and depression.
It’s Mental Health Month and time to take a stand. Through ADAA we can continue to reach those who suffer from these disorders and those who want to dedicate their careers to providing care and conducting research. As a member of ADAA, I feel a great sense of pride when the organization gives out awards and recognizes a new generation of clinicians and scientists. I know ADAA’s network successfully connects those who need treatment with those who provide it. Through ADAA, we can all take a stand to find better treatments, prevent and cure these disorders.
Won’t you stand with me and make a donation today? We can make a difference in many ways, and one way is to make sure that ADAA continues to connect people with treatment and help find ways to treat, prevent and cure anxiety disorders and depression.
Your donation will tell friends and family that this is important to you. Ask them to stand with us to promote the prevention, cure and treatment of anxiety and depression.
$75 for the 75 percent of adults who experienced anxiety symptoms age 22.
$40 for the 40 million U.S. adults diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, OCD and PTSD.
$50 in recognition that 50 percent of individuals with depression also suffer from anxiety.
$19 to represent the 19 million adults diagnosed with depression.
$198 to acknowledge the over 200 award winners recognized by ADAA since 1998!
No donation is too small. Every dollar counts!
And pass it forward. Send an email to family, friends and colleagues and let them know that you gave and ask them to stand with you!
