Get a Guaranteed Entry into the 2013 AJC Peachtree Road Race for Free
Text below image
Here's how this works...
1. Go to your fundraising page and donate at least $29 to your own fundraiser and you’ll be signed up to win a free entry into next year's race. Then, click ‘Ask for Donations’ and get your friends and family to donate to you too and they’ll also be signed up to win.
2. If you don't have a fundraising page yet, go to this page and click 'Fundraise for This Event.' You can Join an Existing Team or Join as an Individual. Either way, you'll have your own fundraising page in seconds, and when anyone donates at least $29, you're automatically entered.
3. If you don’t feel like doing any of that, just donate at least $29 to any Peachtree fundraiser and you’ll be signed up to win.
The best reason to win a free race entry is to make fun of all your friends who are going to have to go through the lottery. The lottery is fun too but not as fun as winning everything.
On May 2nd, we'll choose three winners.
I think that covers everything.
Thanks so much and happy training.

Donate and/or create a fundraising team. We need help to provide information and services. As an expert in disabilities we want to spread the word on a new tool available for FREE to families with children birth through five.:
Every year, we as a nation fail to identify more than one million children, all under the age of five, who have a disability or are at risk for developmental delay. How many more need to fall behind before we act?
Programs that diagnose and treat children with special needs before the age of five can make sure kids start school on par with their peers, and have an equal chance to achieve their dreams. But the programs that diagnose and treat children who have disabilities or who are at risk for developmental delays as early as possible are chronically underfunded on the state and federal level.
In fact, according to a recent Easter Seals report, young children are falling through the cracks in every state. One way to turn the tide is to increase state and federal funding for the Early Intervention Program, Part C, of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
One child falling behind is a tragedy. One million represents a national crisis. Please increase funding for early intervention services so that every child can get a good start in life.
Developmental Milestones Screening
The first five years are critical in a child's life. And this is the most important time to get your child support for a developmental delay or special need.
Children develop skills, or "milestones," at their own pace. How is your child doing? You only need 10-20 minutes to check with the Ages & Stages Questionnaires®, Third Edition. Your ASQ-3™ results will help you see if your child's developmental progress is on time and alert you to concerns that you can talk over with your health care provider.
Please note: ASQ-3™ is designed for screening, not diagnosis. It is a quick check for children from birth through age five. If your child is age six or older, please discuss his or her development with your child's health care provider, your local school district, or your child's teacher. Results from the questionnaire will be emailed to you within two weeks.
Easter Seals clients want you to know your fund-raising efforts have made a difference in the life of someone with a disability. Your efforts are appreciated and recognized!
