Our team, Team Meals, will be running the 2012 LA Marathon to raise awareness and funds for us, so we can better serve our clients, and deliver more meals and smiles than ever before!

No matter why a person is homebound, age, health, a disability, that person faces two major difficulties: poor nutrition and loneliness. Every day, in their own homes, our clients receive lunch and dinner, the daily newspaper, fresh fruit, and companionship. This is often the only companionship they receive that day, that week, that month or even that year.

Because of our service and wonderful volunteers, our clients are able to remain in their own homes even though they cannot care for themselves. We are not just delivering meals, we are delivering smiles one meal at a time.
