When's the last time you got into a cab and found out your cab driver was really an engineer?
That's the story of Khader, an experienced hardware engineer from Benin who came here legally, to build a better life. When he first came to the U.S. without access to professional networks and knowledge of the U.S. job search process, he worked as a cab driver. After working with Upwardly Global, he secured a job in his field –he’s now a Management Consultant at BearingPoint. Khader is just one of the nearly 1000 skilled immigrants whose careers we have helped rebuild in the United States.
