Our scholarship fund will make these classes available to students of families with financial need.
Our classes include:
* Music Play - Builds a musical foundation for infants and pre-school age children through active music making. Activities include singing, playing and moving to music.
* Dalcroze Eurhythmics - Teaches an understanding of music - its concepts, expressive meanings, and deep connections to other arts and human activity - through the Dalcroze approach to music. Techniques incorporate rhythmic movement, aural training, and improvisation.
*Keyboard Club - Offers the perfect bridge from pre-school music readiness to lifelong music learning. Beginners age 4-8 learn rhythm, phrasing, fingering, singing, movement, staff reading, improvisation, and composition.
*Musical Theater - Designed for children ages 5-10 who are interested in theatre, and are beginning to develop their singing and acting skills, projection techniques and memorization.
*Kinderstrings - Designed for very young string beginners who are not ready for private instruction. Children attend with their adult caregivers.
