BENEFITING: UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN
My name is Aaron and if you know me you know that I'm fortunate enough to work all around the world. I love to travel and meet new people. So, recently I had an epiphany... why not become a walking beardboard to raise awareness for breast cancer's next phase of care (more on that later) so that the people I meet around the world can know just how important this cause is to me. So without further ado..
"AARON, WHY IS YOUR BEARD PINK!?"
After a year of growing out my beard and people asking me when I will shave it off I decided to give it a purpose before it goes away. Today, I am asking you to join me in donating to the University of Michigan's Breast Cancer Survivorship Initiative — Next Phase of Care. http://www.mcancer.org/breast-cancer/survivorship. The next phase of my beard is pink, and the next phase of breast cancer survivorship is learning more about health issues that may occur following completion of the patients breast cancer treatment as well as strategies to address these issues and concerns. This phase, unlike my beard, can be difficult and doesn't get as much attention or fundraising efforts as I personally feel it deserves — which is why I chose this organization to donate to. To make a long beard shorter.. er I mean long story.. please help me and my new pink beard, raise money and awareness to this very important cause.
Thank you to
