Our Mission is to empower women and families through pregnancy diagnosis, decision support, and sexual health education by providing compassionate medical, emotional, and long-term care that specializes in hope, healing and recovery.

Frightened and confused are many of the young women and men who reluctantly come through our doors; feeling trapped and confused due to their life circumstance.  Our hope is to provide them with comprehensive care that empowers them to make an educated choice about their unplanned pregnancy in a safe environment.  Both clinics provide compassionate, non-judgmental care allowing the patient to catch their breath and begin to process through their decision, understanding the support our organization is able to offer them if they choose to parent or place the child for adoption.

A Beacon of Hope operates 2 medical clinics:  Women’s Clinic of Atlanta in Decatur and Johns Creek

One of the greatest resources we provide to our patients is our long-term “Bridge” Program. Through classes on topics such as pre-natal care, infant care, life skills, healthy relationships and faith, we are able to provide the education and ongoing support needed to bridge the gap from crisis to stability as our patients prepare to become moms and dads.  Additionally, they can “earn” baby bucks to shop in our baby boutique, which provides most of the essential items needed to care for their babies.

PREVENTION INITIATIVE - S.W.A.T. Team (Speaking Words of Absolute Truth) -

Through sexual health presentations offered to middles schools and high schools, we seek to educate and empower this generation to set high standards and avoid at-risk sexual activity by encouraging them to make healthy choices for their future. We also offer “Parent Trainings” to equip and empower moms and dads to engage their kids in conversation about healthy choices.

  • 25% of sexually active teens already have an STI
