Hello, my name is Abreham and I was adopted from Ethiopia last August. Join me as I run my first 10K. I feel very blessed to have this opportunity. My dad showed me about the Steps Foundation and how they work to help kids back in Africa though micro lending, building clinics and more. I want to give back to all those kids back in Africa that didn't get the chance that I got.
I have seen how small gifts can help people start business's or animals can make a huge difference with a family. I was a Shepard for a herd of sheep and my brother Ezekiel talks about how much a goat meant to his family back in Ethiopia.
Please help me make my run mean something more to others by supporting me and the Steps Foundation.
/// NOTE: We are in awe of your generous donations! This is Abreham's first fundraiser and started this campaign at $500. You met it. We raised it to $750. You met it. We raised it to $1,000 and you have met it again!! Today we raise it one last time, to $1,500.
We humbly thank each and every one of you who is not only giving in encouragement of Abreham, but to completely change the life of the person or persons who will recieve the micro loan. Thank you. ///
**Currently all donations go directly to help those in need. All administration costs are covered by the Halls. This means the money is more effective because its going directly to the mission**
