BENEFITING: AFRICAN CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP LOS ANGELES

For 8 days, 11 volunteers from the US (to be joined in medical professionals from Europe and Africa) will serve in Brazaville, Congo Republic.
The mission is to provide free emergency medical care for the poorest among those in Brazaville.
Not to be confused with the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Congo Republic (aka Congo-Brazaville) is a country locatd in Central Africa and bordered by the Central African Republic and Cameroon to the north; Gabon to the east; and, the Democatic Republic of the Congo to the west.
The mission's trip is organized by the African Christian Fellowship West Region (ACF-WR) which is part of the parent organiztion ACF-USA. ACFWR consists of chapters in Northern and Southern California. As a body, we have been involved in short-term medical missions in Central African region since 1999.
Though we have feet on the groud (us) we still need those (you) who will join us in making an impact. Your monetary donations will be used for medications, medical supplies, and nutritional suppplements. You can also designate that your donation goes towards subsidizing airfare, transporation, food, and accomodations.
