Ms. C was born and raised in Washington, DC in the home where she still lives today. Her home has been in the family since 1941 and she loves that it is full of family history. Her great-grandparents were the original owners and her great-grandfather, a Reverend, married people in the home, including a close neighbor’s parents. Ms. C moved away to join the marines and to get married, but she has been back in her home since 1993. She lives with her happy, energetic 2-year old grandson. Her son also stays with her when not at school. She has a daughter and two grandchildren who live in the area and visit often. Ms. C hopes that her home will remain in the family for generations to come. Because some of the family members have asthma and hypersensitivity to mold, they are looking forward to the removal of mold from the house.
