At CarePartners Adult Day Services we strive to serve each individual with a person centered approach that begins with a relationship that responds to the spirit, puts the person before the task, embraces the strengths and unique qualities of every person by understanding the world from their perspective. This is the foundation for supporting a transformative culture of self-determination and an environment of engagement promoting well-being within our community.
Through CarePartners Foundation "Drums and Dragons" fundraiser, CarePartners Adult Day Services Feisty Fire Paddlers seek to raise money for the purchase of 4-6 recumbent bikes for the use by our participants. The people who attend CP Adult Day Services for health and respite care often can no longer attentd their community gym for exercise, due to the need for being monitored. Your financial contribution to help purchase these bikes will support the goal of independence for numerous individuals in our Day Health centers across the region.
