A firefighters Battle against Stage 4 Colon Cancer
Organized by: Jessica Harrison Agency
A local firefighter, husband, and father of 2, Trevor Hubbard, who has been diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer this year. While the tumor was removed, the cancer had already spread to the liver and lungs. Even though Trevor will be getting chemotherapy every two weeks over the next two-plus years, he still aspires to be being involved in every community event that he is able to attend and help work. A true definition of a hero.
We are trying to help ease his financial burden in this time of need, since he has done so much for all of us in our community. This benefit will help him out so he does not have to worry about bills while he focuses on getting his strength back and fighting the cancer. We are requesting your help in any way with anything that you are willing to donate towards our benefit on August 29th. We are having an ongoing raffle with six prizes. We are also looking for donations that we would be able to place on either the silent auction or the oral auction.
He has done so much for all of us in our community, and it’s our turn to give back! Anything you can do to help us out will be greatly appreciated.
