BENEFITING: American Heart Association
ORGANIZER: American Heart
Last October I lost my cousin Tim unexpectedly. He was 28 and taken away from us too soon. Our family would never be the same without his hugs, love, laughter and support. He lived for his family and would do anything for anyone.
Heart disease runs in our family. We both lost our fathers early in life. Fathers are irreplaceable, but the lessons, memories and love we received from them was forever engraved in our hearts.
I run for me. When nothing makes sense, running does. I run when I'm happy, sad, angry, or frustrated. After a few miles all my cares and worries are long forgotten. Feeling helpless, but wanting to do something to commemorate his life I decided to run the Detroit Marathon - 26.2 miles for Tim!
Please help me raise money for the American Heart Association.
Thank you for your love, support, and donations!
