A Kindness a Day Calendar
Organized by: Areyvut 2015
Challenge: Make the world a better place 365 days a year.
Back in 2009, Areyvut produced a printed version of the A Kindness a Day Calendar, a tool that gives practical suggestions on how to incorporate the values of chesed (kindness), tzedakah (charity) and tikkun olam (social action) into our daily lives. This calendar has been going digital for the past several years but now...we will be bringing back a hard copy for the 2016 year!
The calendar is an amazing educational tool. Each day of the calendar contains a kindness that corresponds to a traditional Jewish text. This calendar reaches thousands of online readers, inspiring them and encouraging them to take action to make the world a better place.
With over 2,000 people currently engaging with our Kindness a Day Calendar on a daily basis, imagine how much more of an impact we could make with a hard-copy! Those who read our Kindness a Day tips love them. We are excited about providing a larger audience with the ability to infuse their daily life with actively helping others.
Help us bring this hard-copy version of the calendar to life. We look forward to sharing it with you come January 2016!
