I never post, promote or ask for charity. I admit, l don't give to your causes because my charity goes exclusively to CASA. However, I have a new cause that I've joined and I need your help driving a campaign which is described below. If I could give a dollar for every time she's made me think more deeply about myself, my life...or stupid people in general, I wouldn't need to ask for your help.
One dollar at a time. The more you give, the better the chances are she can get a cat. I really want her to have a cat. Whatever you feel like unloading into the kitty is going to score you good kharma points. And some love vibes sent your way from people you might not even know.
Thanks for reading,
Penne & Fiona

Last month I received the devastating news that I have stage 4 metastatic gastro-esophageal cancer, despite being a seemingly healthy 40-year-old woman with no medical or genetic risk factors. I can't have cancer, I'm MUFFY! But, I do.
My love, Mac (aka Mitts), has been my champion every step of the way. We've learned that winning the fight of my life will require more than a great insurance plan, oncologist, and medical team. It also requires alternative treatments, out-of-pocket specialist consultations, increased co-pays, special foods, and most importantly, time to manage all this.
Annually, this will cost us about $100K per year. As hard as it is to ask, Mitts and Muffy need your help.
Twenty years ago, Mac and I went to college together. Four years ago we met again and fell in love. One and a half years ago, we got married. We are undone at the thought of our uncertain future. But, Mac believes I can win, and so do I. So I am going to fight.
Will you chip in to help Mitts and Muffy go on and on and on?
