A Learning Disability is Not Costing Me My Education

I put everything on hold in my life until I finished college, but a TBI left me with many problems, seizures, headaches, insomnia and a learning disability that wasn't found until many years of trying and failing in the classroom.
When the school sent me in for testing a problem was found, and they kicked me out of school. The teacher I had at the time asked them to help they threw away his letter. The state Governor started an investigation. A state employee that had a friend on staff at the school decided the best way to end the investigation was to lie to the Governor. They told him I had already earned a degree, had he wanted to help he would have asked for a copy of my transcripts and found I didn't/don't have half the credits needed to graduate.
I was accepted to Oklahoma State University until they requested my transcripts, all of a sudden a loan was created {using copy and paste} so they could refuse to send out my transcripts.
I had the money to move and was ready to go August 2012, but the cancer my Mother was told was in remission flared up and in less than a week she lost her fight with cancer.
I had moved in to her house because she needed assistance almost on a daily basis and thought I could clear up her estate and affairs in a few weeks afterwards. The repairs, bills, and simply monthly costs have taken everything I had saved.
I'm simply looking for the money to move to Seattle, Washington from Gainesville Florida, where the two state colleges have the right to pick and choose which learning disabilities they will accept. I have a message from Bernie telling me he would never assist me complete college. The ADA/DOJ, DOE, OIG, OCR; you name it they don't care. A school can expel a student for having a learning disability and the school has every right to do so. Even our Prez. refuses to get involved other than to send the secret service over to threaten me if I continue to email Barrack Hussein about being kicked out of college I’d be looking at problems on a Federal level. When I continued to try and get Rick Scott’s help for having a problem with the school he decided not to help me with, even if it's a direct violation of everything the ADA USED TO STAND FOR. He has the FDLE come visit me and the people that handle the letters, call, and messages he says he reads, listens to and WISHES HE COULD RESPOND TO, tell me my messages are not appreciated because he’s too busy, unless I had the money he required to buy his time.
I’d be willing to work for anyone, anywhere, for their assistance. I’m on full disability but I sucked it up for thirty years working two and three jobs at a time always giving 150%. I’d gladly put in as many sixty and seventy hour weeks as it takes to pay off any obligation I’m indebted for.
Even if I spend a month here, there, and almost everywhere until it’s time for school. If I have to sleep in my vehicle, drive from Alaska to Georgia to thank you for your help, it will be my pleasure.
Working to pay everyone back for their help, than spending the rest of my life paying it forward sounds like a fair trade for help getting out of here.
Once schools done I want to work to develop programs that compensate for a person’s LD and gives them the same chance at earning a college degree as anyone else.
Once I’m able to pay my own bills, it’s time to start bringing fellow LD students out and give them the chance to finish college and by adding that piece of paper that tells the world they know what they’re doing.
