THE STORY:

Aliet’s Final Journey:

In hopes of providing a better life for his family and himself, Aliet Lorenzo Montano fought relentlessly for the opportunity to move from the impoverished small town of Taguasco Cuba to Santa Cruz De La Palma Spain. His only wish was to procure a brighter future for his family and himself. His primary goal was to earn enough money to send for his family to join him. That dream of freedom and hope was painfully unrealized. On July 10th 2014, at the young age 37 of Aliet had a grand maul seizure and passed away suddenly. Aliet was alone in a foreign country with next to no support. He leaves behind his 8 year old son and his beloved mother and many more family and friends in Cuba, all of which pray day and night only to have his remains sent back home. The people of Cuba don’t even have the resources to make a phone call to Spain, let alone retrieve the remains. In order to provide closure they desperately need to send his body back from Spain to Cuba. Any contribution to have his body returned would be greatly appreciated. “What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.” Richard Bach. Please help Aliet’s family to reach closer and I hope that Aliet is smiling down from heaven… on us.

Aliet’s Viaje Final:
