Stuff About Me:

In June of 2017 I’ll be spending one week volunteering in field clinics on the White Mountain and San Carlos Apache Reservations in eastern Arizona.  As part of a team of roughly 30 veterinary students and 15 professional volunteers brought together by HSVMA-RAVS, I will be helping to provide free spay/neuter and wellness care to animals in these remote areas where veterinary care is not available.  As a 2nd year veterinary student at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, I could not be more excited for this opportunity!  Having a background mainly in Small Animal Medicine, I am looking forward to using my current skillset/knowledge to provide care for the animals that live in these communities and to make a difference in their caretakers’ lives.  Not only will this experience help me grow as a veterinary student, but it will also help me grow as an individual.   Please help me raise the funds to support these field clinics and others like it.  I only need $250 to help provide medical supplies, but since your donations make these clinics possible, lets blow that number out of the water!
