ALLEN ANGEL'S Autism Spectrum Disorder Developmental Disability Adults and Family's Hello we are advocates who have a adult son with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Developmental Disability. We are raising funds for holidays to provide gift cards and electronics and Home Security to provide smart homes to improve their quality of life ,as they transition into adulthood which can include Independence and inclusion while many families & caregivers aging. The importance of raising funds is crucial to have a better quality of life . As advocates and parents we realize we need to act now. In the entire country few state has enough waiver funds for all the current Developmental Disability or for all the adult Autism Spectrum clients ,the waiting list are long. Adult diagnosed with Autism Spectrum and Developmental Disabled are aging along with there parents and caregivers and there aren't enough housing or adult driven program with wrap around services like Sensory Therapy ,Occupational Therapy Social Work , Counseling, Medical , Behavior Therapy for the ones who can live Independent there needs to be more coordination of care and assistance in setting up services that the clients parent or caregiver previously provided. We strive to design a community based company 501c 3 . While also employing adult clients and given them the same opportunity and services while transitioning into adulthood for Independent living there are some adults who can not work or become independent to no fault of there own. We need to have socialization classes and give them the opportunity to attend day programs ,while encouraging creative ways for Independent and still maintaining a safe place to live and work for the health and safety of the client and the community. Funding for a better quality of life are some of the most basic needs for are adult clients and there family's. While we continue to strive to work toward a safe and healthy housing choices so are Adult autistic and developmental disabled who are inclusion and working won't be taken advantage of and can maintain a level of Independence. The funds will be available to help for Housing ,Security & Smart Technology , Independent ,Electronic Items , Gift Cards , Multi seat Vans ,Scooters , Blood Pressure Cuff, Heart Monitor ,Power Wheel Chair , Cell phones ,Clothing ,Book Bag , Suitecase , We are looking to partner with any agency or store who will provide the funds or items listed above. Giving is very rewarding and we still advocate and continue to give items but we would like to give more.
