Consider the women employed at United for Hire, ADP's worker controlled landscaping company. They moved over from the cleaning division when ADP's collaborative structure made the space for them to air gender equity grievances.
Women are running tenant associations in ADP affordable housing complexes - making sure that essential programs that feed, educate and elevate young families are nested in the community. We are starting senior breakfasts and making sure that our most vulnerable are not only cared for, but heard.
