Thank You!- Fundraising Goal Achieved
October 29, 2017
BENEFITING: ALLIED SERVICES FOUNDATION
ORGANIZER: ALLIED SERVICES FOUNDATION
I'm proud to be running the TCS NYC Marathon to help children and adults with disabilities in NE and Central Pennsylvania served by Allied Services. Any size donation will help. Donate $30 in my honor and you'll be eligible to receive a cool moisture-wicking WNEP's Ryan's Run exercise shirt.
As a recent transplant to NYC, I am thrilled to embark on my training journey towards the 2017 TCS NYC Marathon in support of Allied Services, a physical rehabilitation system in northeastern PA. My desire to support Allied Services stems from my personal, extracurricular and professional experiences supporting public health interests. I work as a healthcare consultant at Baker Tilly who are long-time supporters of Allied Services.
I am asking that you support Allied Services’ inspiring mission with a donation. Allied Services was founded in 1958 in response to the community’s needs for coordinated services for individuals with disabilities. Today, Allied is a not-for-profit healthcare system that provides compassionate, cost-effective care to those in need.
By contributing to my fundraiser, you’re supporting mothers, fathers, brothers, and sisters--- and, likely, you know or are related to someone that has a disability and is impacted by Allied or a similar organization.
I’m grateful for having the opportunity to be a member of WNEP’s Ryan’s Run 8, supporting Allied Services, and I hope that by doing this I can help raise awareness for the essential resources provided by Allied Services. I can’t wait to cross the finish line with over 50,000 other runners on November 5, 2017 and I hope that you can help to achieve my fundraising goal to get there!
