BENEFITING: ALLIED SERVICES FOUNDATION
ORGANIZER: ALLIED SERVICES FOUNDATION
I'm proud to be running the TCS NYC Marathon to help children and adults with disabilities in NE and Central Pennsylvania served by Allied Services. Any size donation will help. Donate $30 in my honor and you'll be eligible to receive a cool moisture-wicking WNEP's Ryan's Run exercise shirt
I’m a Physician with Intermountain Medical Group and Hospice of the Sacred Heart. Prior to that I worked as a Physical therapist. I started running in 2012 after realizing that the patients in my Practice who had the longest and best quality of life were runners! I have a wife, Erin, who works as a Physician’s Assistant specializing in Integrative Medicine and Nutrition. Together we have three wonderful boys Rory (21), Brayden (7) and Andrew (5).
I grew up in this community, Shavertown Pa, and now reside in Dallas Pa. I’m a product of the Dallas School District, where my father Tom coached many sports and taught Health/Physical Education. My Internal Medicine practice is in Dallas, and I’m humbled to serve Hospice patients in Luzerne, Wyoming, Monroe, Lackawanna, Pike and Susquehanna Counties as well as through our Inpatient Unit in Dunmore Pa.
I love to run, I run without music, a phone or distractions. It’s very personal, reflective and meditative to me. I’m proud to participate in WNEP’s Ryan’s Run 8 in collaboration with my niece Eva. She is 4 years old now, born with 2/3 of her liver outside of her body, a condition known as an Omphalocele. She also came 8 weeks early to this world and had bilateral ventricular bleeds (strokes) in her brain which delayed her developmentally. She is a wonderfully happy little Red headed girl who has no awareness that she has these “delays”, to her she has an everyday normal life. Eva has made incredible strides thanks to Allied Services Pediatric Rehab including Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services.
I’m running for Eva, as a proud uncle who is appreciative of her and everything Allied Services has done for our family…. And if I’m lucky, my WNEP’s Ryan’s Run teammates and I may generate enough funding to make a positive and impactful change for many families in our Unique and special community! Thanks, Patrick C Kilduff, DO, MPT o
