THE STORY:

Dear Contributor;

Thank You for your interest and Donation today in keeping the Information and Education on FOOD SAFETY EDUCATION and keeping our nation and the world safe through education on how food can make us sick or even kill us, if it is not KEPT SAFE.

You can call us to get information or to ensure our educational efforts go out into the world, and help to educate all who need the information, that they may take responsibility and ensure not one child or person ever gets sick again from food poisoning or toxic poisoning ever again.

We aim to educate, train and even assist in helping those who have been attacked with food poising unaware and possible even died as a result of food poising, whereby with the adequate monitoring and training, the person(s) that were eventually found responsible, could have prevented that careless death, and saved the un-necessary grief for the family and friends of the tragedy.

Part of your donations, will go to the survivors, who were caught unaware of the needed funds to handle and make the burial arrangements, as well as any legal fees to handle the day to day cost associated with going forward.

We strive to handle that ignorance of knowledge, regarding food safety and the many requirements to ensure food safety at 100% of the time and with 100% efficiency throughout the world.

With your help, we can begin to make it a reality, to educate and assist everyone who handles food and serves it to another, as well as in the homes and institutions around the America's - so that one day, we will not have the deaths that were noticed over the past few years in epidemic proportions.

RESULTS FROM THE CDC REPORT 2008, WASHINGTON DC

To better quantify the impact of foodborne diseases on health in the United States, we compiled and analyzed information from multiple surveillance systems and other sources. We estimate that foodborne diseases cause approximately 76 million illnesses, 325,000 hospitalizations, and 5,000 deaths in the United States each year. Known pathogens account for an estimated 14 million illnesses, 60,000 hospitalizations, and 1,800 deaths. Three pathogens, Salmonella, Listeria, and Toxoplasma, are responsible for 1,500 deaths each year, more than 75% of those caused by known pathogens, while unknown agents account for the remaining 62 million illnesses, 265,000 hospitalizations, and 3,200 deaths. Overall, foodborne diseases appear to cause more illnesses but fewer deaths than previously estimated.

Have a Happy Holidays and remember to keep it safe at all times, by becoming educated and passing it on to everyone you care about, and everyone you come across and fancy to meet.
