THE STORY:

American Heart Association of Pittsburgh wrote -

Our mission is to build healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. That single purpose drives all we do. The need for our work & your assistance is beyond question.  Last year in the city of Pittsburgh, the American Heart Association funded 37 research grants for over 8.5 million dollars.  Without you support, these lifesaving research studies and innovations could not be at all possible, in fact many of the first breakthroughs in CPR & EKG’s were discovered here in Pittsburgh.  Please join the American Heart Association’s team in our next fight against heart disease and stroke.
