Scoot-for-Batten is a for kids by kids fundraising event. The idea began not only as a way to raise money for The Charlotte and Gwenyth Gray Foundation (see www.curebatten.org) but also to help teach young children how important it is to help those in need. Kids from 3-10 years old will have 15 mins to scooter around the track at Pali High to raise money to help find a cure for Batten and have a blast doing it. Food stations, an MC, a DJ, Funky Divas and Dudes, a face painter, a princess meet and greet and Max Impact Martial Arts -- to name a few -- all who will be keeping the kids busy when they are not scootering. Did we mention an In-N-Out Truck?!?! They will also have a live raffle including Disneyland tickets, tickets to see the Voice, Razor scooters, facials, restaurant gift certificates and more!
