In 2012, I had the privilege of volunteering with VE Global in Santiago, Chile. My experience in Chile was life changing. Not only did I have the opportunity to meet incredible people who became my lifelong friends, I had the opportunity to be a positive influence in the lives of young Chilean girls who were sexually abused or neglected by their families. 3 years later and I still constantly think about "my girls" (most VE volunteers refers to the children as "my girls" or "my boys" because you love them so much). Anything you can give to help this organization goes a long way. Just to give you an idea, one dollar could buy some stickers to use as a prize for the kids doing their homework. This may seem like a small gesture, but it brings so much happiness to their daily lives. Thank you in advance. Un abrazo!
