EVENT DATE: Sep 29, 2017
Hi everyone! My name is Ana, I am 26 years old and last year I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Sub-type Nodular Sclerosis, Stage IIB. It was a shock at first, but I tried to stay strong. Since last year, I’ve undergone 7 cycles of chemotherapy and 2 cycles of radiotherapy. Unfortunately, all of these treatments didn’t prove to be effective. As I am living in Moldova, a very small and poor country, the options to continue the treatment here are very limited. I am extremely thankful to the doctors that treated me here, but unfortunately our country does not have the medical possibilities that other, more economically developed countries, do. This is why I’ve decided to continue my treatment in Italy. During this time, I wasn’t able to work, so all my savings are almost gone. I would be greatly thankful to everybody who is willing to donate to my cause, or at least share my story. The money raised with the help of this campaign will cover some of my expenses which are: medical bills, accommodation, food, transportation, etc. Thank You!
