Anastasia's Rally Against Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis
Organized by: Gwen Waxham
I would like to introduce Anastaia to everyone. She is the daughter of a lifetime friend of mine, Jessica Mollison, and her husband Dan. I've known Jessica her entire life. Her family used to live across the street from us on Willard Ave, in Jamestown, NY. Some of you may know Jessica by her maiden name, Jessica Abbott. Our families have been lifelong friends ever since. Jessica and her husband recently lost most of their belongings in a fire, which they handled pretty gracefully and bounced back from with smiles on their faces. This past week, there 2 year old daughter, Anastasia, was diagnosed with a rare disease called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH). http://www.histio.org/lchinchildren#.VcOeJPlVhBc They are away from home staying in Pittsburg, so Anasatia can get the best medical treatment at Childrens Hospital in Pittsburgh. They are an amazing family who have had a rough year, so I'm asking anyone who can to lend a hand. If you can't that's okay! I understand we are all trying to make ends meet. Every donation, big or small, will be appreciated. And if you are unable to donate money, please consider "Liking" and "Sharing" the link so others who may be able to help can see as well. Also, any prayers and positive thoughts would be of great help. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
