Andrew Smith goes to Serbia
Organized by: Andrew Smith
EVENT DATE Jun 14, 2014
Serbia has seen more rain, floods, and landslides (due to the heavy rain) recently then they have seen in the last 120 years. I will be going to Serbia with a few others, all with international travel and disaster relief experience, to help the affected areas with some clean up. This could include drywall, painting, removing mud/trash, etc. But more than anything we want to share the love of Christ with these people.
I have been serving as the Youth/Education Minister at Rock Creek Baptist Church in Shawnee, OK since July 2011. I love these youth and I feel absolutely blessed that I get to spend time with them and invest in their lives. Here is some of the ways that Christ has been able to use me in the past:

This trip is completely paid for by the individuals going and 100% of the funds raised will go towards the trip. If there should be any amount raised over the goal it will go to help others on a mission trip. The money will go to help cover the cost of the following:
Hotel, food, in country travel, etc.
Whether you are able to give or not please be in prayer for those going on this trip. It will be a very challenging time, but I also believe God is going to able to do some incredible things through the individuals that go. Your prayers are the most important thing. Thank you.
