ANDRZEJ'S INTERNATIONAL AGRECULTURE
Organized by: Andrzej Grzyb
Hello, my name is Andrzej Grzyb and I want to tell you about my plan. Two years ago, I bought a property in Poland that was an old farm with a few buildings on it, with the intent to create a "Bed & Breakfast " for tourists. I was 59 years old and my thought was to have renovation done witwhin five years. I am a contractor, carpenter and I planed to do the work myself. Unfortunately, in July 2015, I was injured on the a job and my right arm and shoulder needed surgery, due to massive damage. My doctor had given me less than 75% mobility after recovery. After the surgery, I had a major revelation; to turn this property in Poland into a vacation spot for people around the world. Not just any vacation, but a place for people of limited means to spend a dream vacation in Europe. There is also a philanthropic aspect to my plan. I want to erect a building that is over 20,000 square feet and the first step is to separate it into 5 separate apartments with two bedroom, a kitchen, living room and bathroom in each. Four of the apartments would generate profit to keep project growing and would be for families seeking that once -in-a lifetime-dream vacation. The region has many varied attractions; it is historical with castles and palaces it has ski areas, mountain hiking, pontoon rides on the river, horse rides and many other year round attractions. In addition, it is 90 minute drive to Prague in Czech Republic, 3 hours to Vienna in Austria, 4 plus hours to Berlin in Germany, 4 plus hours to Warszawa capitol of Poland and finally pearl of the Europe, Krakow is 3 hours away. The fifth apartment would be dedicated as a rent-free for families who are seeking treatment in the many sanatoriums, located in under 20 miles from the property, for gastroenterology, rheumatology, cardiology and other health problems. Eventually, I will have available to use of a car for each apartment with GPS and a road plan for vacation for a week or two weeks vacation. In the future, I intend to purchase the land attached to my property to resize the project for even more apartments for families with limited means. By this letter, I want to let you know about my project and encourage you to help me get the word out to those who could benefit it the most. I would like to be able to reach those in need of medical services who do not have tha means to spend time in Poland and for those who have dreamed of visiting my beautiful country, without the means to spend a lavish vacation in Europe.
