A New Bike for Tyler Maxwell
Organized by: Clint Lien
A few days ago, seventeen year old Tyler Maxwell's racing bike was stolen from the Velodrome in Colwood, B.C.
Tyler had saved for more than 2 years to buy the bike and had owned it for less than a month.
Here's a clip from the local news about the story:
Tyler dreams of one day representing his country in the Olympic games. Who ever stole his bike, stole so much more than just a bike.
We'll be approaching a few manufactures to see if one of them can help with the cost. In the event that donations exceed the final cost of a bike all excess funds will be donated to the BCSPCA, and in the event the original bike is returned or found, we will make every effort to return donations. To that end, if that is important to you, do not make an anonymous donation.
Every dollar helps.
