About a year ago, Anthony and I adopted Ranger (after we fell in love while fostering). Ranger came from a high-kill shelter in Southern Colorado where he narrowly escaped euthanasia at only a year old. Ranger has shown so many improvements during his year with us, and we are so happy to call him ours. Ranger is an excited boy who loves going on adventures, especially road trips to his favorite hiking sports. His love of hiking is only surpassed by his love of food. This summer, Ranger (and his hoo-mans) will be participating in The OutPaws Tails & Trails Hike Series and Fundraiser.
We will be competing in the hiking series competitions to help raise awareness and funds for OutPaws Animal Rescue! If you could contribute to our cause we would be so very grateful! There are so many wonderful dogs who are euthanized each year because no one knows they are there. The funds we raise will help Outpaws continue their mission to give a second change to the "underdogs".
Outpaws is a nonprofit animal rescue organization that provides a safe haven for homeless animals, gives a second chance to those left behind in overburdened shelter systems and advocates for the “underdogs” in our community and beyond. OutPaws places companion animals in foster homes until they can be matched with loving forever homes, educates the community about responsible pet ownership, advocates tirelessly for the best alternatives for both homeless animals and beloved pets and remains committed to fighting pet homelessness until every adoptable dog and cat has a home.
