BENEFITING: GHANA HEALTH AND EDUCATION INITIATIVE
This summer I'll be spending two and a half weeks in Humjibre, a village in Western Ghana participating in a research and volunteer project on malaria prevention with Ghana Health and Education Initiative. During these two weeks I'll be working with local health workers to evaluate malaria net usage and collect basic health information of a community of about 5,000 people. As part of my time with GHEI I have to raise $1,200 to assist the program be successful in helping the people of Humjibre fight malaria. This is where you can help! Any donation, $5, $20, $50, is significant for this cause!
