BENEFITING: CARDINAL CUSHING CENTERS, INC.
Over the past 65 years, Cardinal Cushing Centers has provided exceptional quality care and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. Ever since our founder Richard Cardinal Cushing began our day and residential program for 35 children back in 1947, we have worked diligently to enact our mission: to ensure that all people with significant developmental disabilities have every opportunity to live full and meaningful lives, to learn and grow in a supportive, caring and engaging community.
And we could not have done it without your support.
Financing the extraordinary programs at Cardinal Cushing Centers, including our on-campus work development training for students and adults and our robust community recreation and sports programming, is an annual challenge. The gap between income we receive per individual from school systems and state agencies and the actual costs of operating our organization is on average $15,000 per individual. Year after year, Cardinal Cushing Centers’ Annual Fund helps to bridge this gap. Our supporters understand that this Fund ensures a positive, enriching experience for all Cardinal Cushing Centers’ students and adults. This year, with the help of our friends and supporters, like you, we hope to raise more funds than ever before.
Please make a gift to the Annual Fund this year. A donation at any level contributes to the success of this appeal and directly impacts the individuals we serve. It is of vital importance that we can continue to do our good work for 65 more years. We urge you to contribute to the Annual Fund today.
