Ronald McDonald House New York provides a temporary "home away from home" for pediatric cancer patients and their families. The House is a supportive and caring environment that encourages and nurtures the development of child-to-child and parent-to-parent support systems. Ronald McDonald House New York is the largest facility of its type in the world.
It costs the House $295 to house each family, each night, and while families who stay at the House are asked to donate $35 per night-- no family is ever turned away if financial hardship prevents them from doing so. The rest of the House's costs are entirely supported by foundations, corporations, and individuals, like you, who share a primary concern for the brave young children & their families who come to the House during the most difficult of times.
