BUT WHAT ARE WE DOING AND WHY?
Sadhana is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘a disciplined and dedicated practice or learning - especially in the fields of spirituality or music’. Our Yogic community feels at saturation point, and the plethora of modern asana brands having prepared solid foundations for that next step. The surging swell of seeking has broken on the shoreline of tradition where I hear ‘I love Yoga but I am looking for the next step, I want MORE!’.....That more is Sadhana!
The expanding of and by personally embracing the practices to take in more of the complete traditional systems of yoga, is Sadhana. These practices will draw you in, allowing yoga to become your own luscious experience, where you will want to deepen the commitment to the richest relationship of your life – the one with yourself. To invite the heart and soul to experience themselves and let them move gracefully into pure, radiant, transformative inner revolution. As they do, breaking slavish behaviours and thoughts which shackle, limit, darken and remove you from your expansive true Self.
Liberate yourself through the Sadhana while simultaneously liberating others by gaining sponsorship support from friends, family and colleagues, for your committment.
What is Mantra & How does it work?
Japa What? How do I practice Japa Mala? Meditation benefits?
What is Nada Yoga? Is it music?
The Science of Sound
This Goddess Tara – Who is she? Why are we chanting her name?
I don’t believe in GOD, what now? Isn’t Bhakti only devotion?
Slavery is a huge problem on our planet and is documented by the ILO (International Labour Organisation) that at any given time over 20.8 Million people are in a defined form of servitude. This stems from the global dysfunctions between men & women, power & impotence, wealth & poverty, whereby we see the largest expressions of slavery through various trafficking and labour avenues.
We hope to see a world where the privilege of our humanity is realized and all individuals rights to self determination are intact and joyously expressed unhindered, unfettered and unbound.

All funds raised go directly to Sanlaap North America - http://www.sanlaapna.org/ who were developed from and supported by Sanlaap India - http://sanlaapindia.org/ whom I visited while living in India. Their programs, shelters and philosphy while immediate and responsive are also far sighted and far reaching in terms of the beneficial outcomes and implications.
