Atlantic City Half Marathon Race Series - via Crowdrise
November 21, 2012
Hurricane Sandy has caused greater devastation then any natural disaster in New Jersey's recent history. Up and down the east coast of the United States, homes and businesses have suffered. Our shore communities were most affected. While Sandy has taken away many of our beaches and boardwalks, it cannot take away our determination to run!
The 2013 Atlantic City Marathon Race Series will continue to run the historic Atlantic City Boardwalk, along the New Jersey shoreline. We challenge each runner to use the race series to raise funds for disaster relief along the Jersey Shore and other communities that lost their livelihood in this storm.
All funds raised will be distributed to local and national charitable organizations to provide food, water, clothing and other resources to families affected.
