THE STORY:

Friday, October 21, 2016 in Carlsbad, CA - Open to ALL Athletes.

Our mission at Adaptive Performance Systems is to help amputees and wheelchair athletes perform at their highest levels, physically and mentally, for enhanced mobility and athletic excellence.

The APS Mental Prep Camp has become an important part of this endeavor. What Participants Can Expect:

● Develop a mindset that empowers you with the focus to realize your full athletic potential.

● Gain the confidence and clarity you need to overcome challenges when the demands of sport and life distract you from performing at your best.

● Learn how to target your efforts in and out of the gym to cross the finish line of your life knowing that you have won.

This two-hour event will be held the Friday before the 23rd Annual Aspen Medical Products San Diego Triathlon (SDTC). SDTC is an event unlike any other in the world. Some call it uplifting. Many call it life-changing. Everyone calls it the #BestDayinTri. 200 physically challenged athletes, 550 able-bodied athletes, celebrities, and sports legends as they complete a 1 mile ocean swim, 44 mile bike and 10 mile run on one of the most breathtaking courses in the country, all in support of Team CAF. You will help fund challenged athletes adaptive equipment, coaching, training, competition expenses and mentoring. If an athlete has the drive to compete and pursue an active lifestyle, we’re there to support them.
