Hey everyone!

My name is Yeri and I am here make my dream a reality. I have always wanted to be part of something great. I became a field medical technician for the military for that same reason. I completed my contract honorably and proceeded to continue my college education. Ultimately, everyone wants to have a job that they love and hopefully also make a great impact on the planet and that's where the Aqueduct project came to mind. The idea first began as a wish to help different charities that provide hands up not hand outs, i.e. training programs in villages in Ethiopia that generate jobs and growth like building schools and training teachers providing a better future for the generations to come, and clean water projects that does not only provide sanitary conditions in hospitals and villages but also provide locals with the jobs of running the local water projects as well. Many charities seem to solve short term problems and don't really address the core of the problem.

Aqueduct Bar is a concept that I have never come across and never heard of. People enjoy unwinding at their local bar after work or on the weekends with their friends, they will enjoy it even more if every drink they buy will help people in need. Aqueduct will be a fun, laid-back and interactive place with boardgames, free book swaps and community activities; also through social media, fund raising events and community involvement patrons will feel part of the aqueduct community and the positive footprint left will be amazing!

Aqueduct Bar is set to open in Madrid Spain in 2015. Spain is cost effective to start a bar business and being so makes the dream not that far of a reach, but I need your help to get there! Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know a little about me and my project!
