The Arc of Weld County promotes and protects the human rights of individuals in the community with intellectual and developmental disabilities through advocacy and support services. The Arc of Weld County is a grassroots, non-profit organization committed to creating opportunities for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Our goal is that every person with I/DD is able to live a self determined life as a contributing member of an inclusive community.
The Arc's vision is for all people with I/DD to be included and participate fully in their community. Our agency endeavors to improve the quality of life in Weld County, as well as northeastern Colorado, including Logan, Morgan, Yuma, Sedgwick, Washington and Phillips counties. All Arc programs are created to provide resources to individuals so that they may one day not need Arc assistance; either through parent training, caregiver support, volunteerism, employment as well as respite.
