Arizona Beagle Rescue has saved and successfully found fur-ever homes for over 1,000 beagles since 2002. And, we look forward to continue saving lives and saving homeless beagles.
One of the greatest challenges in rescue is the financial aspect. In conjunction with the Michelson Found Animals Saving Pets Challenge, Arizona Beagle Rescue has created this fundraiser to raise funds to allow more beagles to be saved. We thank you in advance for your support.
From the young to the old, healthy to the sick, all of our beagles need our support.
Many beagles come to us with nothing. Often not even a collar. Dollie Lu came to us from a shelter up north with absolutely nothing. No collar, no name, no history. Her foster family scooped her up (literally), and brought her back down to the Valley for some much needed TLC and vet care. After only a few days, Dollie's personality began to show through her fear and she's started to learn to trust people again.
This poor girl has seen more in her young life than any dog should, but she's been a trooper through the whole thing. She had an abscess on her back (likely from a cactus), and she didn't as much as whisper when her foster mom would apply warm compresses and antibiotics to treat the infection. Soon Dollie will be healed enough that she will be looking for her fur-ever home. And, placing dogs with their fur-ever home is the best possible thing to happen to any rescue dog :-).
