We need volunteers to work our Ann Arbor Art Fair booth this year from Wednesday, July 21st to Saturday, July 24th. We're looking to get 50 volunteers to cover 2-hour shifts from 9am-9pm W-F, and 9am-6pm Saturday. Hundreds of thousands of people attend the Ann Arbor Art Fair each year.
Our goal right now is to get at least 50 volunteers. Later, we'll set a fundraising goal too. There's no pressure to fundraise, but we figure some of you will be great at it!
Please let us know you’ll volunteer by clicking JOIN THE TEAM above or HELP US FUNDRAISE in the top right corner of this page. A Project Team is a group of Fundraisers or Volunteers, all working together for a common cause. Start or Join the Project Team, and if you want to get more involved, spread the word about the Project to your friends, family, co-workers, etc. Everyone on the Team gets their own Project Page with the click of a button so we make it quick and easy to join the Team and even easier to tell your friends about it. Donating cash to a Project is amazing and much appreciated but imagine the impact you can have if you go a step further and ask everyone you know to donate too. You can do this by first joining the team and then selecting the “Invite/Find Friends” button on the top right of your page. And then a couple of them join the Team and spread the word to all their friends. We've seen this work successfully over and over and it can work for this Project too.
Once you start a project page, please put in how many hours you intend to volunteer. One month before the Art Fair we'll put up a link to a more specific scheduling sign-up sheet.
